1. Service Overview

Ciyuano (hereinafter "the platform") provides AI Model API relay services. Users register to obtain API Keys to call various AI model interfaces. This agreement is a legal agreement between users and the platform regarding the use of this service.

By using this platform's services, you indicate that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to any terms, please stop using the service immediately.

2. Account Registration & Management

  • Users must provide true and accurate registration information, including a valid email.
  • Each user can only register one account, bulk registration or automated tool registration is prohibited.
  • Users are responsible for keeping their account passwords and API Keys safe, losses from improper storage are borne by the user.
  • If unauthorized use of your account is detected, notify the platform immediately.
  • The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of violating users when necessary.

3. API Usage Guidelines

  • API Keys start with sk-relay-, please keep them safe and do not expose them in public code repositories or client-side code.
  • It is prohibited to use the platform's API to generate illegal, harmful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing or other inappropriate content.
  • Reverse engineering, DDoS attacks, malicious scraping or other abuse of the platform is prohibited.
  • Bypassing the platform's rate limits, balance checks or other security mechanisms through technical means is prohibited.
  • Users must comply with relevant laws and regulations and bear legal responsibility for content generated through the platform's API.
  • The platform reserves the right to rate-limit, suspend or terminate services for abnormal usage.

4. Billing & Payment

  • The platform bills by token usage, input/output prices vary by model, see the model list page for details.
  • Users must recharge before use, API requests will be rejected when balance is insufficient.
  • Supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and other payment methods, recharge amounts are credited instantly.
  • Recharge codes cannot be refunded once used, please use within the validity period.
  • Charges deducted for failed requests due to upstream model provider issues are non-refundable.
  • The platform reserves the right to adjust pricing, with advance notice of price changes.

5. Service Availability

  • The platform strives to ensure service stability and availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • The platform is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, upstream provider failures, system maintenance, etc.
  • The platform will announce planned maintenance in advance.

6. Disclaimer

  • The platform makes no guarantees regarding the quality, accuracy or legality of content generated by upstream AI models.
  • Users bear all consequences from using AI-generated content.
  • The platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from the use of this service.
  • In any case, the platform's total compensation shall not exceed the service fees paid by the user in the 12 months prior to the dispute.

7. Agreement Modifications

The platform reserves the right to modify this agreement based on business development needs. Modified agreements will be announced on the platform or notified to users via email. Continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the modified agreement.
