How to get an API Key?
After registering, log in to the dashboard (/user/dashboard) and create a new Key in the API Key management page. Keys start with sk-relay-***. Please save it properly as the system won't show the full Key again.
How to check balance and billing?
Log in to the dashboard to view current balance, usage statistics, and request logs. You can also query balance via the API endpoint /v1/dashboard/billing/credit_grants.
Are there request rate limits?
The system sets reasonable rate limits based on account level and balance. If you encounter a 429 error, please retry later or contact admin to increase limits.
What if a model is unavailable?
If the request returns an error, it means no upstream channel supports that model. Try using the auto model for automatic routing, or contact admin to check channel configuration.
Is Function Calling supported?
Yes. Fully compatible with OpenAI API format, including Function Calling (tool_calls) and JSON Mode, depending on upstream model support.
Is image understanding supported?
Some models support Vision capabilities for image analysis. Filter by 'Vision' tag on the models page to see supported models.
